Your first steps
Before we proceed with setting up your digital menu, it is first necessary to set up your profile and account settings.
Let's set up your profile
1) Click the first icon on the top right of your screen and then click "Profile" to get to the above page.
2) Here you can change your name or email, as well as the password that you use to log in to your S2O account.
3) Confirm everything is correct and click the “Save” button.
Let's set up your account
1) Click the “Settings” button located at the bottom left of your toolbar.
2) In the "Background Image" section, a high-resolution image of your business which will be displayed at the top of your menu must be uploaded. You can upload an image either by dragging and dropping the photo onto the designated area, or by clicking on the aforementioned designated area and selecting the photo you wish to upload.
3) In the "Venue Settings" section, fill in all the basic information about your business.
4) In the "Delivery Settings" section, choose the options your customers have for home delivery.
5) In the "Working Hours Settings" section, choose the opening and closing hours of your business.
6) In the "Social Media Settings" section, copy and paste the links of your social media profiles if you want them included in your menu.
7) In the "Domain Settings" section you can see the domain names used for your menu.
8) In the "Contact Settings" section, fill in all the necessary information we need to get in contact with you. These details are NOT visible to your customers or any other third party, they are only visible to Scan2Order staff.
9) Finally, in the "Design Settings" section you can fill in additional information that will appear at the bottom of your menu ("Footer Note"), as well as modify the colors of your menu design by filling in the hexadecimal format corresponding to each color (“Background Color”, “Primary Theme Color”, “Primary Text Color”, “Secondary Text Color”).
10) After making sure that nothing is missing and confirming that everything is correct, click the "Save" button at the bottom right of your screen.
